Job summary

Access is seeking an Events Manager in the Orlando area to design and deliver exceptional corporate events. You will collaborate with Sales and Creative teams, manage vendors, budgets, SOWs, and staff to create WOW experiences for clients.

You will drive operational excellence, upsell services, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining strong client service. Access offers a flexible, remote-friendly environment and a supportive, women-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational solutions to clients, seeking improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage vendors required for programs.
• Own the SOW, deposits, and final invoicing.
• Lead event staff and prep to ensure peak performance.
• Upsell services to enhance client experience.
• Own the budget with a goal of gross profit.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and DMC for seamless collaboration.
• Maintain Salesforce records for ASO and vendor data.
• Ensure KPI and KR targets are met.
