You will guide design from concept to execution, work with clients and internal teams to deliver creative solutions, and ensure measurable ROI for programs.

The role is full-time and on-site, requiring collaboration with local vendors and venues to uphold top-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in event and experience design, including the ability to conceptualize unique event themes and interactions.
• Strong skills in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience with technology integration and analytics to deliver data-driven results and assess ROI for event programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site, client-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Background in event management, design, or hospitality is beneficial, with Miami-Fort Lauderdale area considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field preferred.
