Job summary

WIT is seeking an Events Manager to lead our growing program across conferences, exhibitions, proprietary and online events. You will own the events roadmap from planning through post-event follow-up and work to build awareness, relationships and pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with sales to maximize opportunities, manage budgets and drive demand generation, while expanding WIT’s own events with private events, dinners and webinars. This role is fully remote with travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in B2B events, field marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience planning and executing conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships and events from start to finish.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of how events support demand generation and pipeline.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage WIT’s events strategy, roadmap and calendar.
• Identify new events, sponsorships and opportunities that align with target markets and priorities.
• Lead event logistics including registrations, sponsorship assets, vendors, travel and requirements.
• Manage exhibition presence, booth design, production, merchandise and AV with internal and external teams.
• Partner with sales to plan event strategy, target accounts and lead-generation activity.
• Lead proprietary events including private events, dinners and customer experiences.
• Own and execute WIT’s webinar and digital events program.
• Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up with content and sales.
• Keep leadership informed on plans, requirements and opportunities.
• Track event performance, pipeline and ROI to inform future investments.
