Job summary

Wing is seeking a Digital & Field Events Marketer to own all event activities, from industry shows to webinars and podcasts. You will manage end-to-end planning, budgets, and on-site execution, partnering with sales and product to convert booth activity into meetings and pipeline.

You'll leverage AI to streamline processes, track KPIs, and deliver post-event reports with ROI insights. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with travel across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Experience managing an events budget.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Genuinely into AI and using it to automate or improve your events work.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Strong project management instincts—timelines, budgets, vendors.
• Excellent communicator, written and in person.
• Willing and able to travel 30 to 50% during peak seasons across North America.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events; build a rolling 12-month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons.
• Plan end-to-end event logistics: booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, travel.
• Be the on-site point of contact at events; manage setup and teardown.
• Brief attending team members on objectives, talking points, and logistics.
• Partner with sales to book pre-show meetings and on-site events; drive leads to pipeline.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing for traffic and bookings.
• Own the event budget; forecast costs and manage trade-offs.
• Define KPIs and build post-event reports showing ROI and learnings.
