Workiva Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Events Manager to own and scale the full portfolio of digital events—webinars, virtual experiences, on-demand sessions, and activations—driving measurable pipeline impact.

You will set the vision for how Workiva shows up in digital event environments, build the infrastructure to execute at scale, and lead cross‑functional teams across regions to optimize performance and attribution.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with ABX and multi-solution SaaS strategies.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for content and performance analysis.
• Ability to influence sales on follow-up and pipeline conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Own global digital events strategy, calendar, and execution model.
• Build repeatable frameworks and vendor relationships for platforms.
• Develop full-funnel reporting and attribution to drive pipeline.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Campaign Managers to integrate events into GTM motions.
• Design audience segmentation and content programming for enterprise buyers.
