Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a remote Venue Sourcing Coordinator, able to operate from Spain or Poland. You will review requests, qualify calls, and develop strategies to secure best prices with suppliers.

You will leverage destination knowledge to recommend sites, gather data, and ensure proposals meet client standards while coordinating with teams across borders. The role emphasizes budget awareness, project and client management, and timely negotiations to optimize profitability and client

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about project management, meetings management and client management experience.
• Experience working within budgets.
• Strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Review meeting requests and conduct qualification calls with client/local team.
• Develop and implement program and negotiation strategy to achieve best price and enhancements.
• Recommend venues using knowledge of destinations and promotional offerings.
• Gather information to source and place events for clients with standard grids.
• Qualify proposals to determine appropriateness and competitiveness.
• Meet client deadlines and review availability with client and team.
• Negotiate with suppliers for pricing and concessions to meet goals.
• Create meeting records and complete internal documentation for programs.
