Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate data from medical providers, enter records, and determine next steps for event workflows. The role involves working with paper, fax, and electronic data, while maintaining confidentiality and QA standards.

Candidates should demonstrate fast typing, strong communication with internal teams, and the ability to manage large information loads with accuracy in a remote, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
• Highly organized and able to follow a systematic method.
• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently with minimal errors.
• Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and information needs.
• Ability to adapt workflow according to client contractual and state requirements.
• Working knowledge of health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Able to work with multiple data formats (paper, fax, electronic).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all incoming documents and data from medical providers and identify leads and information important to the event workflow.
• Enter relevant new information into the patient record in AcciClaim.
• Synthesize information to determine additional data needed and next steps for the event.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI in accordance with policy.
