MarketSource is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers from home, guiding them through product choices with consultative selling and strong relationship building. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and use scripts or tailored presentations to close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will handle calls, maintain accurate customer data, stay current on pricing and promotions, and strive to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Weekend and varying schedules availability.
• Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up) in a wired setup.
• Private workspace with a door that can be closed during working hours.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Camera-enabled for meetings and training.
• Ability to read scripts aloud clearly with proper enunciation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Present products, services, and promotions using scripts or tailored presentations based on customer needs.
• Build rapport, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections.
• Collect, verify, and update customer information in company systems.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and upsell opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, quality standards, and productivity expectations to maximize bonus opportunities.
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
