Sentara Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join the Psychiatric Emergency Response team. The role focuses on assessing patients in the Emergency Department with behavioral health concerns and providing treatment recommendations.

This position is fully remote and operates on evening shifts (3pm-11pm). Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and LPC or LCSW licensure.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• LPC or LCSW licensure required.
• Assess social, psychological, cultural and environmental needs of patients.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial situation for each patient.
• Collaborates with patients, families and healthcare teams to develop and implement plans.
