Sentara Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join the Psychiatric Emergency Response team. You will assess patients in the emergency department, provide treatment recommendations, and coordinate care with families and the health system.

This is a fully remote role with evening shifts (3pm-11pm). Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and LPC or LCSW licensure.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current LPC or LCSW licensure is required.
• Experience in psychiatric emergency or behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients in the emergency department for behavioral/mental health needs and provide treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare team members, and community agencies to develop care plans.
• Support remote evening shift operations and contribute to team goals.
