Job summary

Renewable Properties seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the construction of the EV fleet depot and high-power charging infrastructure from pre-construction through commercial operation.

You will coordinate with engineers, lawyers, contractors, utilities, landowners and investors to deliver scalable EV/AV fleet projects. Strong leadership, negotiation, and budgeting skills are essential in a high-growth renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in EV charging infrastructure or fleet/depots.
• Experience with site design standards and data/connectivity requirements.
• Familiarity with high-power DC fast charging and interconnection processes.
• Experience negotiating transactions and managing budgets/schedules.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with vendors and contractors for EV depot and charging infrastructure.
• Lead RFPs to obtain high-quality partners at favorable prices.
• Coordinate internal/external engineering resources for site layouts and construction.
• Support negotiations and provide construction updates with strong organization.
• Manage contracts with vendors/partners to achieve on-time, on-budget CO.
• Coordinate interconnection and make-ready for high-power EV charging loads.
• Assist in providing information for investors and project financing.
