Job summary

Renewable Properties is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development of its EV fleet infrastructure, including high-power charging and associated depots, from pre-construction through commercial operation in the United States.

You will coordinate with engineers, lawyers, contractors, utilities, landowners, and investors to deliver on time and on budget, while optimizing site layouts, permits, procurement, and interconnection processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in EV charging infrastructure or related real estate/development.
• Experience delivering EV/AV fleet charging and depot projects.
• Strong civil and electrical construction experience.
• Experience negotiating transactions.
• Ability to navigate environmental and utility regulatory environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Lead RFP processes to select high-quality partners.
• Coordinate engineering teams on site layouts and interconnection.
• Negotiate EPC contracts with vendors and partners.
• Manage construction budgets and schedules to achieve COD.
• Track progress and report to investors via project platforms.
• Travel for pre-construction site visits and progress monitoring.
