Job summary

Camber Charging is seeking an EV Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects for our North American charging network. You will oversee planning, permits, budgets, schedules, and field delivery end-to-end.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure NEC/NFPA/OSHA compliance, manage utility interconnections, coordinate with local authorities and vendors, and travel regularly to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in large-scale construction management, with at least 2 years focused on EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or electrical utility projects in private/public sectors.
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar construction projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of high‑voltage electrical systems, distributed energy resources, and utility interconnection processes.
• Regulatory expertise in permitting and environmental regulations for EV charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of EV infrastructure construction projects: site selection, permitting, and commissioning.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Implement risk management, quality control, and safety compliance best practices.
• Lead and mentor construction managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors; coordinate with engineering, permitting, and procurement.
