Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an EV Fleet Facilities Program Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of the EV Charging program for a high-tech client. You will drive scalable, efficient fleet facility deployments aligned with business goals and manage evolving requirements across Security, Networking, Operations, and Facility Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of real estate project management experience in EV charging facilities.
• Experience leading large-scale real estate projects with multi-stakeholder deal flows.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into infrastructure needs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMO for the EV Charging program including pre-construction and deployment nationwide.
• Provide program oversight for Vendor Owned Vendor Operated/Charging as a Service initiatives.
• Collect requirements from cross-functional teams and translate into infrastructure needs.
• Oversee due diligence, site visits, permitting, and partner-driven assessments.
• Synthesize executive-level business cases addressing infrastructure and tech needs.
• Build relationships across divisions and with partners to align investments and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with GPS, Product Operations, Legal, Finance, Security, Networking and others.
• Create systems of metrics to plan, manage, and measure program performance.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
