Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of the EV Battery industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within the territory through prospecting and engagement.
• Build and progress a healthy sales pipeline aligned with targets.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, next steps, and forecast in Salesforce.
• Develop territory/account plans identifying priority customers and growth opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery to understand business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal stakeholders to support opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain follow-up and ownership of opportunities through close and transition to delivery.
