Job summary

Eco Battery is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand market presence across the golf cart, marine, and RV sectors. Travel to meet dealers, OEMs, and distributors will be required to close deals and deliver tailored lithium battery solutions.

You will work with marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction, while staying ahead of industry trends in electrification and lithium battery adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales in a B2B or dealer/distributor setting.
• Experience in golf cart, marine, RV, or related mobile power industries preferred.
• Understanding of 12V/24V/48V lithium battery applications a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building; ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently in the field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office skills.
• Experience attending trade shows and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business in golf cart, marine, and RV markets.
• Travel regularly to meet dealers, OEMs and distributors to build relationships.
• Educate customers on lithium battery solutions, including performance and applications.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions for golf carts, boats, and RV power systems.
• Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software and track progress toward goals.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry exhibitions.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions, product launches, and regional campaigns.
• Work with operations and technical support for smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends like electrification and lithium battery adoption.
