Job summary

Arctiq is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to lead administration, support, optimization, and security of the organization’s end-user computing environment. The role focuses on enterprise desktop management, mobile devices, and security initiatives, with responsibilities spanning provisioning, patching, and incident response.

Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in SCCM/MECM and Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern workplace technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing or Desktop Engineering.
• Experience administering SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise Windows desktops and modern workplace tech.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
• Experience with packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Experience supporting BYOD environments and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms (SCCM/MECM, Intune).
• Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
• Manage endpoint infrastructure via Windows Admin Center and related tools.
• Package, deploy, and maintain end-user applications.
• Oversee OS lifecycle, upgrades, migrations, and refresh initiatives.
• Ensure patching and update compliance across endpoints.
• Support endpoint backup, recovery, and security baselines.
• Monitor endpoint health and improve end-user experience.
