Job summary

Managed IT & Security Provider is seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer in Alexandria, Virginia. This role requires providing hands-on support for desktops and mobile devices, resolving incidents, and managing Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of EUC experience, strong Windows OS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The position is contract-to-hire, with possibilities for full-time employment based on performance. Working hours include Sundays and weekdays, with Saturdays and Mondays off.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of EUC support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune for policy creation and app deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic macOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Resolve service requests and perform proactive troubleshooting.
• Track and document work in ITSM/ticketing platform.
