Lead the quality, reliability, and digital experience of enterprise end-user technology platforms, including Windows/macOS devices, iOS/iPadOS, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service quality, performance, and user experience for EUC platforms
• Drive reliability and usability across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
• Integrate and optimize endpoint management (Intune, JAMF) and security/identity tools (Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Purview)
• Embed monitoring, telemetry, automation, and DEX analytics to proactively identify issues and reduce defects
