Job summary

Duvo is expanding across engineering and GTM, hiring a Talent Partner to own EU markets end-to-end. You will source directly, screen rigorously, and partner with hiring managers to calibrate requirements and timelines.

You’ll drive an automated hiring process with AI tools, coordinate with agency partners, and ensure a fast, respectful candidate experience. Remote-first across Europe with founders involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting with full-cycle ownership in a startup or agency.
• Demonstrated sourcing pipelines built from zero for hard roles.
• Experience hiring engineers and commercial roles across Europe.
• Technically literate with the ability to discuss tech stacks.
• Ability to make clear pass/fail decisions and defend them.
• Strong organizational skills and a clean pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of roles across engineering and GTM in EU markets, from opening to close.
• Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-enabled methods.
• Screen candidates with crisp notes and decisive outcomes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set standards and timelines.
• Manage agency partners and maintain a high bar for quality.
• Run an automated, efficient process with scheduling and communications.
• Ensure candidates are informed of status promptly.
