Job summary

Duvo is seeking a Talent Partner to own multiple roles across engineering and GTM in European markets, sourcing directly and partnering with hiring managers to build a robust pipeline. You will screen, select, and close top candidates, ensuring a smooth process from first touch to offer.

You will run outbound searches, calibrate with managers, and leverage AI tools to automate scheduling and outreach. This remote-first role includes quarterly offsites in Prague.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting with full-cycle ownership in startup/scale-up or tech-focused agency.
• Real sourcer with pipelines built from zero for hard roles.
• Experience hiring engineers, plus comfort with commercial roles like AEs, partner managers or consultants.
• Experience hiring across European markets.
• Technically literate; can read a GitHub profile and converse credibly with engineers.
• Able to make pass/fail calls and defend them.
• Organised with clean pipelines and to-do lists.
• Communicate clearly to candidates and hiring managers.
• Already using AI tools in daily work and eager to expand.

Responsibilities

• Own roles and markets; manage portfolio across engineering and GTM in European markets.
• Open roles, build pipeline, run process, close offers; accountable for hire landing.
• Source directly via LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-assisted search.
• Screen candidates thoroughly; provide clear written notes and decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to align bar and feedback.
• Brief and manage agencies; maintain quality standards.
• Run a tight, automated process for scheduling, trials, and comms.
• Ensure candidate experience is transparent and timely.
