Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Director of Estimating Services to lead the US remote estimating team and drive improvements in cycle time and gross profit. You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing group, presenting to stakeholders and shaping adoption across the Paul Davis network.

The role is hybrid with up to 50% travel, reporting to the SVP US Operations. You will leverage Xactware/Symbility and modern tech to deliver accurate estimates while maintaining excellence in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or some college.
• 3+ years’ experience with estimation principles for the insurance industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of leading a remote estimating team in the restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Remote Estimating Writing Team.
• Leverage modern technology to positively impact cycle time and gross profit.
• Recruit and retain Paul Davis offices to participate in the program.
• Provide critical reporting on the team’s performance vs stated goals.
• Participate in leadership functions as a member of the US Operations Leadership Team.
• Ensure service level agreements and IICRC standards are met or exceeded.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide trend analysis of internal performance.
