Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in insurance/claims.
• Experience with estimation principles in restoration or similar fields.
• Proven leadership or coaching experience with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Estimating team for performance and accountability.
• Conduct monthly coaching and Goal Setting & Review meetings.
• Support development of SMART goals and career paths.
• Collaborate across departments to align estimation processes.
