Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in the United States is seeking a Director of Estimating Services to lead the Remote Estimating team and drive cycle-time improvements and gross profit. You will recruit offices to join the program and influence changes across the network while presenting to groups of various sizes.

The role reports to SVP US Operations and offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 50% to franchise locations and trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or some college.
• 3+ years’ estimation experience in insurance industry.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Proven remote estimating leadership in restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Remote Estimating Writing Team.
• Leverage technology to improve cycle time and gross profit.
• Recruit and retain Paul Davis offices to participate in the program.
• Provide reporting on team performance vs goals as needed.
• Participate in leadership functions as a US Operations team member.
• Ensure SLAs, carrier guidelines, and IICRC standards are met or exceeded.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide trend analyses of performance to stakeholders.
