Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience delivering accurate estimates, preferably with Xactimate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Proficiency with estimating software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
• Track metrics and contribute to bi-weekly reviews (e.g., NPS).
• Clearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster onsite.
• Profitably scope estimates and sign projects for initiation.
• Document changes and insurance supplements.
• Ensure projects stay within profit range and service levels.
