The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property restoration, strong communication skills, and expertise in Xactimate and Symbility. Our company offers a competitive salary, ongoing mentorship, and a base plus commission structure with no earning limit.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Property Restoration company is required.
• Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational objectives for Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience.
• Track operational metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
• Communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster onsite.
