Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Full-Service Reviewer to join the Claims Force Team. In this remote/hybrid role, you will review estimates and documentation for diverse loss types, ensuring accuracy and adherence to carrier guidelines.

You will collaborate with franchisees and carriers, coach on estimating improvements, and support the onboarding of new team members. Travel may be required up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field.
• 1+ year experience with industry estimating/estimate review.
• 2+ years experience with contracting and/or fieldwork for a given trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, timely estimate and documentation reviews across platforms (XactAnalysis, Xactimate, Claims Connect, CMS, Mitigate).
• Review estimates for multiple job types (water, mold, fire, contents, reconstruction, large losses) in line with carrier guidelines.
• Communicate with franchisees and insurance carriers to ensure requirements are met via calls, email, and collaboration tools.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and contribute to department success.
• Identify trends and provide feedback to Team Managers and stakeholders to improve performance.
