Job summary

Trust & Will, a remote-first estate planning platform based in the United States, is hiring a dedicated customer support specialist. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, acting as a subject matter expert on our product and estate planning topics.

You’ll resolve inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with clear, accurate communications, and help users navigate services. Prior experience in customer-facing roles and PST hours are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate thoughtfully to answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Handle user issues directly and resolve customer complaints.
