Job summary

Trust & Will is seeking a customer support specialist to be the first point of contact for members. You will provide accurate, clear information about estate planning, resolve issues via live chat, email, and phone, and maintain a positive member experience.

You will work in a remote-first environment aligned with Pacific Time hours, collaborating with product and support teams to improve processes and documentation for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
• A sincere passion and obsession for customers while maintaining a lean, highly productive operation.
• Creative problem solving for both our members and internal team.
• Experience with Zendesk, G-Suite, Notion, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate thoughtfully to answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Directly handle user issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve the customer experience and processes.
