Job summary

Trust & Will, the leading digital estate planning platform, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to be the first contact for members. You will resolve issues across live chat, email, and phone, and provide clear, empathetic guidance on our products and estate planning.

This remote-first role serves US-based users with Pacific Time hours. The salary is $28 per hour, plus equity, with a strong focus on delivering delightful experiences and accessible estate planning for millions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing support role (chat, email, phone).
• Clear and empathetic communicator across channels.
• Passion for customers with a lean, productive operation.
• Creative problem solving for customers and internal teams.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone calls.
• Communicate thoughtfully to answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Handle user issues directly and resolve customer complaints.
• Drive thoughtful and effective communication, internally and externally.
• This is an hourly non-exempt role.
