Trust & Will is seeking a remote, first-point-of-contact for our members to become a subject-matter expert in estate planning and our product. You will deliver accurate, clear communications via Zendesk, live chat, email, and phone, helping members resolve issues and understand our services.

The role emphasizes customer-centric problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering high-quality support in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role, supporting customers across chat, email, and phone.
• A sincere passion for customers while maintaining a lean, highly productive operation.
• Creative problem solving for customers and internal teams.
• Zendesk, G-Suite, Notion, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate thoughtfully to answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Handle user issues directly and resolve customer complaints.
