Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing support role.
• Clear, accurate written communication with customers.
• Experience using Zendesk, G-Suite, and Notion for support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate thoughtfully to answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Directly handle user issues and resolve customer complaints.
