Job summary

Trust & Will is a remote-first employer seeking a customer support professional to be the first point of contact for members. You will provide expert guidance on estate planning products, resolve issues via chat, email, and phone, and maintain empathetic, clear communication across platforms.

You should have 2+ years in customer support, be fluent in written/verbal communication, and be comfortable with Zendesk, G-Suite, and Notion. PT hours apply, with a salary of $28/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a customer-facing support role across chat, email, and phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience with Zendesk, G-Suite, and Notion.
• Willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours (7-5 PST, M-F).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support via live chat, email, and phone.
• Answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Directly handle issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with members and teammates.
• This is an hourly non-exempt role.
