Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking an Escrow Analysis Specialist to maintain accuracy of loan servicing data and ensure timely payments for escrow items. You will support payees, investors, and borrowers while monitoring compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires 1–3+ years of mortgage servicing experience, especially in escrow administration, strong math skills, and excellent communication. Work is performed under the Escrow Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in mortgage servicing, with escrow administration preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing documents and regulations.
• Strong accounting and math skills.
• Ability to create and analyze portfolio data reports for management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent attendance to fulfill essential functions.
• Follow RoundPoint policies, investor requirements, and state/federal regulations.
• Provide customer service to payees, investors and borrowers on tax status.
• Identify and resolve tax and escrow exceptions.
• Explain payment and escrow changes to borrowers.
• Process disbursements by renewal/due date.
• Research and resolve tax issues.
• Assist in special projects and seasonal reporting.
