• Conduct buyer and seller closings.
• Coordinate remote closings.
• Work up files.
• Handle any and all complaints.
• Visit lenders and real estate agents for marketing as needed.
• Review and clear title issues for files.
• Train new employees.
• Schedule closings.
• Request updates of title when closing is scheduled.
• Prepare CDs and balance with the lender.
• Prepare or review closing documents.
• Main contact for outside parties on the file.
• Follow disbursement requirements to funding.
• Maintain relationships with loan officers and real estate agents.
• Provide necessary information to other departments.
• Ensure title requirements are cleared.
• Prepare draft/final CD.
• Coordinate with buyers/sellers/realtors and lenders for documentation.
• Escalate legal questions to File Assigned Attorney.
• Gather additional required documents.
