• Comprehensive Transaction Knowledge: Independently manage real estate transactions from contract receipt through funding and disbursement.
• Strong Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and thorough file management.
• Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple transactions, prioritize deadlines, and meet time-sensitive requirements.
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital closing files.
• Education: Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Closings: Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract receipt through closing, funding, and disbursement.
• Coordinate Closing Documentation: Supervise the preparation, review, and delivery of all escrow, title, and closing documents.
• Review Contracts and Title Documents: Analyze purchase contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to prepare accurate statements and documents.
• Obtain Lender Approval: Prepare and submit settlement statements to lenders for review and approval.
• Prepare Files for Disbursement: Ensure closing files are complete, accurate, and ready for the disbursement department.
• Manage Post-Closing Activities: Resolve reconciliation discrepancies, complete required reports, and address post-closing matters on deadlines.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, lenders, agents, attorneys, and participants throughout the closing process.
