Job summary

First American Mortgage Solutions is hiring to support escrow operations in a remote role. You will assist with disbursements, balance files, and close-out tasks, working with escrow officers and Title Agents to ensure accurate disbursements and timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ years in banking or escrow, strong MS Office and escrow software skills, and excellent communication, math and problem-solving abilities. Remote option with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years Banking and/or Escrow Experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and escrow software; 40 WPM typing.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly; interpret documents.
• Basic math, algebra and geometry skills practical for calculations.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service focus.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions.
• Set up a disbursement ledger with checks and wires and input data from closings.
• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement after closing.
• Balance files and coordinate with escrow officers and Title Agents.
• Provide timely service and respond to customer needs.
