Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years Banking and/or Escrow experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to type 40 WPM.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and documents; write routine correspondence.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to calculate figures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions; set up a disbursement ledger with checks and wires.
• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement once the file is closed.
• Confirm file balances and disburse funds per direction; balance closed files with escrow officers and Title Agents.
