Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to keep day-to-day ERP, WMS, and connected workflows accurate and moving. You will support users, maintain configuration and master data, reconcile transactions, and escalate high‑risk patterns with clear evidence.

In this fully remote US-based role, you will independently manage recurring work, create capacity for improvements, and document SOPs and training materials for a cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting ERP/WMS/inventory or related systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to trace transactions.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and documentation ability.
• Experience creating reports or system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP/WMS configuration and master data across systems.
• Reconcile inventory and transactions; investigate exceptions.
• Provide first-line user support and create SOPs and guides.
• Document workflows and monitor exception queues.
