Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to keep ERP (Acumatica) and WMS workflows accurate, documented, and moving in a fully remote U.S.-based role. You will support users, maintain configuration, reconcile transactions, and handle exceptions across Acumatica, Logiwa, and integrated apps.

You will manage recurring work, escalate high-risk patterns with evidence, and enable broader system improvements while collaborating with Operations to sustain data integrity

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting ERP, WMS, inventory, or other integrated operational systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Operations/Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and fault-tracing skills across multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approved ERP/WMS configuration and master data across products, vendors, locations, users, and order types.
• Reconcile inventory and transactions across systems, reports, and warehouse records.
• Investigate order, receipt, transfer, shipment, and inventory exceptions; perform controlled corrections when needed.
• Provide first-line user support and create SOPs, guides, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with the Operations lead; monitor exceptions and escalate high-risk patterns.
