Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients, directing a team of analysts and technical resources. The role partners with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that support campus goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes commonly used in higher education.
• Experience leading teams that administer the most popular SIS or ERPs in higher education such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management practices related to enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts for higher education clients.
• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization from planning through implementation and support.
• Manage ERP roadmap aligned with growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrations.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across the landscape.
• Drive testing, release management, and change management activities.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Monitor system health, user adoption, and operational metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify ERP solutions addressing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive change management and user adoption for ERP initiatives.
