Job summary

Grüns is seeking an IT systems administrator to own ERP and enterprise system support, helping manage order-to-cash workflows and act as the first line of defense on cybersecurity and IT. This role is part of our remote HQ and supports a fully remote, high-trust work environment with biannual off-sites.

You will onboard new hires, coordinate with vendors on updates, and drive automation to improve data integrity and system reliability. Strong ERP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in technology support or similar work at a fast-growing company.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems and troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
• Own day-to-day management of order-to-cash across DTC and retail integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors on system updates and patches.
• Build and maintain QA checks for data and system integrity.
• Be the first layer of tech support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
• Manage cybersecurity protocols and support disaster recovery planning.
• Document process flows, system configs, and troubleshooting steps.
• Lead tech improvement projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to post-live support.
• Run technology onboarding for new hires, including AI tools like Superhuman and Wispr.
• Partner with departments to spot technology needs and evaluate new tools.
