Job summary

BaubleBar is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize core business applications, focusing on NetSuite ERP and related systems. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, CX, and eCommerce teams, and help drive operational efficiency.

You will gather requirements, support enhancements, coordinate testing, and ensure data integrity across ERP and WMS like SnapFulfil.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably SnapFulfil and NetSuite WMS.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and refine business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
Coordinate and assist in implementing system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Support administration and optimization of NetSuite ERP and related applications.
Evaluate requests and respond to users within SLA.
Interview users to clarify requirements and gather additional data.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with teams and vendors.
Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing for new deployments.
Create and maintain business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
Develop reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data analysis.
Monitor data integrity across integrated systems and flag improvements.
Train end users on system functionality and best practices.
Collaborate on prioritization, design, planning, and initiatives.
