Alameda Electrical Distributors & California Service Tool seeks an ERP Systems Administrator (Epicor Eclipse) to own and optimize the Eclipse ERP across divisions. The role supports data integrity, system reliability, and user enablement as the company grows.

You will manage configuration, security, and integrations with EDI partners, Phocas dashboards, and reporting, while coordinating with Epicor and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering a distribution ERP system.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with X12 EDI and trading partner onboarding.
• Report writing plus SQL or MultiValue queries.
• Strong Excel skills; PivotTables; Power Query preferred.
• Scripting experience in Python or VBA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own Eclipse system configuration, including user provisioning and security.
• Serve as primary contact with Epicor support and manage cases.
• Maintain item/product data, data quality, and system documentation.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for operations and finance.
• Support warehouse systems, RF scanning, inventory counts, and month-end close.
• Lead change management for Eclipse and document changes.
