Granite City Electric Supply in Methuen, MA, is seeking an Epicor Eclipse ERP Administrator to lead development, implementation, and optimization of the Eclipse ERP system. You will work with IT and business teams to tailor modules, workflows, and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and Payables.

The role requires strong technical and business acumen, 3+ years ERP administration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP administration experience.
• Understanding of Eclipse file structure and reporting.
• Experience with Epicore Eclipse companion products.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for Eclipse users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define Eclipse strategy and requirements.
• Evaluate Eclipse for improvements, customizations, and integrations.
• Lead Eclipse projects from requirements gathering to implementation and testing.
• Design and configure Eclipse modules, workflows, and interfaces based on business needs.
• Create and update documentation related to the ERP and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Eclipse with CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and Payables.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and performance analysis for Eclipse.
• Provide end-user IT support and training as needed.
