Job summary

SEARHC is seeking an SCIMS Analyst to manage core data for supply chain items within ERP, supply chain, and purchasing systems. You will ensure data accuracy, support system upgrades, and deliver analytics to enable informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with procurement, inventory management, operations, and finance to align item data with business needs and strategic initiatives, supporting financial integrity and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) or 3 years relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience or internship in healthcare supply chain or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and govern item master data across ERP, supply chain, and purchasing systems.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and analytics reporting to enable informed decisions.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, operations, and finance to align data with business needs.
