You will extrapolate data from multiple sources and present findings to leadership, while developing reports and training end-users across the organization.

The role requires 4+ years in technology support, ERP experience (Lawson/Oracle/Workday), strong data analysis skills, and willingness to travel 50-75% during ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting supply chain management systems (SCM).
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Lawson, Oracle or Workday.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to develop reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SSRM ERP, Contract Management System, and Item Request system.
• Lead special projects and drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage data migrations and end-user training during ERP implementations.
• Develop reports and analyze data for ERP system.
• Train ERP end-users across the organization.
