Job summary

CRH plc is seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager for the US to lead end-to-end system design and SAP integration efforts. The role involves collaborating with a global team, validating requirements, and driving training and adoption across business units.

Remote-based in the US with periodic heavy domestic travel. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing or related fields and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or other relevant business preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements and engage in solution validation.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and SMEs on testing scenarios.
• Document Business Process Design (PDD) and update changes to standard.
• Create job aids for day-to-day end users.
• Deliver end user training and Train the Trainer events.
• Provide Hyper-care support during Go Live as needed.
