Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is modernizing its ERP landscape and seeking a seasoned professional to design, validate and implement end-to-end processes. You will work closely with SAP consultants and business SMEs, detailing requirements and testing scenarios to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires leading training, creating user aids, and sustaining adoption during Go-Live with ongoing support. Remote-based with heavy travel expectations across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or related business preferred.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Become expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather requirements, validate solutions, and run workshops.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and SMEs on testing scenarios.
• Document Business Process Design and update standards as needed.
• Deliver end user training and support Go Live hyper-care.
