Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned ERP/Manufacturing engineer to own process standardization and SAP-driven transformations across global sites. You will drive ERP changes, design common business templates, and partner with site leaders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

The role supports remote work with travel up to 25% for colocations and onsite training. A strong background in manufacturing processes and SAP is essential.

Competenze

• 12+ years experience with BS, 10+ with MS, or 8+ with PhD in relevant roles.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering processes.
• Understanding of SAP modules, BOMs, routings, and change management.
• Ability to test ERP functions and document configurations.
• Experience providing remote support.
